Lifestyle and Habits Questionnaire-Brief (LHQ-B)

The Lifestyle and Habits Questionnaire-Brief (Dinzeo et al., 2014) was developed as a measure for researchers, health professionals, and students and assesses 8 domains of lifestyle habits. This measure contains the questionnaire in addition to a scoring sheet that provides norms-based feedback on lifestyle habits.

The LHQ-B measure is available without charge for use in non-commercial academic research if the appropriate citation is provided (see below). If the measure is translated into another language, we ask that the translated version be appropriately vetted, and then shared with our research group (email dinzeo@rowan.edu) so we may provide that version on this website at no cost to other researchers. There are no further permissions necessary.
